The IPE Alumni Society successfully launched the Alumni–Industry Mentorship Initiative, a collaborative project designed to strengthen the relationship between experienced alumni and the next generation of professionals.
Through partnerships with corporate organizations and industry leaders, the initiative provides one-on-one mentoring, career guidance, internship referrals, and professional networking opportunities. Experienced alumni volunteer as mentors, helping students and recent graduates prepare for successful careers through regular mentoring sessions, webinars, and skill-development workshops.
This collaborative project reflects the society’s commitment to fostering knowledge sharing, leadership development, and stronger engagement between academia and industry.
