The Career Excellence Summit 2023 was organized by the IPE Alumni Society to bridge the gap between experienced alumni and current students preparing for their professional careers. The event attracted over 300 participants, including alumni, industry leaders, recruiters, faculty members, and students.
The summit featured keynote speeches from successful alumni representing leading organizations in banking, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and multinational companies. Speakers shared valuable insights on career planning, leadership development, digital transformation, and the future of work.
Interactive panel discussions allowed participants to ask questions about career growth, higher education opportunities, entrepreneurship, and professional certifications. Alumni mentors also conducted one-on-one career guidance sessions, helping students improve their resumes, interview skills, and career strategies.
A networking session followed, where attendees exchanged ideas, explored internship opportunities, and discussed potential collaborations between alumni and the institute. Several companies also shared information about graduate recruitment programs and internship opportunities.
The event successfully strengthened the connection between alumni and students while reinforcing the Alumni Society’s commitment to supporting professional development and lifelong learning within the IPE community. Feedback from participants highlighted the summit as one of the most impactful career-focused events organized by the society.
